Unasked-For Review: Everyone’s Talking! by All Time Low

I’m continuing my recent kick of ignoring every bit of advice about what to write to build an audience fast and make a lot of money with writing. That’s great and all, but at the end of the day I don’t want to spend my life chasing algorithms. I mean, I’m gainfully employed with a soul-sucking day-job as it is. No sense in trying to stifle my creativity into that same box. If I’m gonna waste my free time on writing then, gosh dyarn it (my Midwest is showing) I’m gonna write what I want to write.

So, I’m writing a review of an album I’ve been obsessed with lately! With luck, four people will read this and think to themselves, “you know, I’ve never considered pop-punk seriously as a music genre. And I still won’t! But I did get a few chuckles from that one article that one time!” And I’m not going to give away the take-home of this (read or at least scroll to the end of that and sit there for a minute so I get credit for the read) in the rambling intro, but making people smile is one of my biggest motivations in life these days with the world becoming an increasingly depressing disastery every day.

So, sit back, maybe listen to the album on your favorite streaming device, and enjoy a semi-sarcastic yet completely sincere review of an album I’m listening to even more than a Swifty listens to The Life of a Showgirl.
