By skyforbes I'm hoping someone here can help me with this. I write legal content blogs and use Gemini to help me do so (prefer Gemini over GPT). Over the last number of months, I have been battling with Gemini because she (for lack of a better word) has become unreliable. She will work great and be able to follow instructions for 3-5 days, pumping out great blogs, and then suddenly she acts like she's never heard of a bullet point and can't write a blog to save MY life!
I have had Gemini write her own instructions, which she eventually becomes incapable of following. I have written dozens of prompts to try to get her to do what I need her to do. Last week, she told me that if I worked in one chat in a gem, then she could remember instructions. This week, that chat thread was gone, and she said she had overpromised, adding that she couldn't remember prior conversations. I am at my wits' end and don't know what to do. I need a reliable AI that can follow simple directions.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to bypass the algorithm that makes her useless after a few days of work? Thank you in advance for your help!
