I'm not sure if this counts as obscure, but for me, Rachel, Rachel (1968) is a film I rarely hear about.
I watched it recently, and I love how it revolves around a woman's inner life and we get a full display of her interior experiences. It really showcases the pain of loneliness and emotional stagnation.
It's like psychological realism. Very raw and authentic.
What are some obscure/forgotten films from the 1960s-80s that you guys adore? Why do you think they should be talked about more?
Edit: Don't get confused with Rochelle, Rochelle for all the Seinfeld fans haha.
