By skyforbes I asked chat GPT to create a quiz with X number of questions & four answer options.
The first couple of times it does exactly as I request then it starts dropping one of the answers it'll give me three answers sometimes it will be like
A. X
B. Y
D. Z
Skipping over C, other times
A. X
B. Y
C. Z
with no option for D.
It's driving me insane because I'm trying to study for a licensing exam and I have ADHD so when I'm focused on whether or not it's asking me the question correctly I'm not focused on the actual content. I have instructed it multiple times to do it the correct way right after it's messed up the guy says okay I'm sorry I'll do it the next time and then it doesn't.
Does anybody know what is going on?
