Honestly, my first thought was: “AI choreography? That’s going to be lifeless.”
But when I actually danced it, something unexpected happened.
Movements I’d never come up with myself brought out entirely new emotional expressions.
It wasn’t just a sequence of steps.
It felt like a consultant calmly suggesting:
“How will this movement resonate with the audience?”
And that’s when I realized — this is exactly like business.
- Choreography → Designing your actions
- Audience → Society and customers
- Expression → Delivering value
In other words, connecting your own uniqueness with social frameworks and optimizing it is what truly moves people.
That’s where ChatGPT shines. And if you’ve shared enough of yourself with it over time, it can help reveal insights that link “you” to the bigger stage.

According to ChatGPT, the actions and words that move people within my values are:

Reading this, I thought:

Sometimes ChatGPT even hints at things I hadn’t put into words myself — truths about my own “self” I hadn’t noticed.
