What user analytics is collected for Business and Enterprise plans?

Recently I noticed there is some Compliance API for Enterprise plan where admins could potentially read user's raw messages / files etc.

My question is, can admins really read the conversations using these plans or any type of details around the conversations apart from count of messages?

If you're an owner of one of these plans, please share some screenshots if possible for us to understand what data is being collected for the organization users.
