What’s wrong with ChatGPT all of the sudden

For the past 2 days, whenever I ask for something it's always asking me for options. Sometimes it goes on and on and it doesn't even output what I need.

I don't have any custom instructions. The image shared is just one simple example.

Is anyone else facing this issue?
