By skyforbes I use ChatGPT for administrative tasks for my side-gig. I have very well-crafted (for me) instruction sets that have been working great for me and now out of nowhere this week it has started to change the instructions, hallucinate past command prompts and chats, and generally forget huge chunks of what it has been doing for me for months.
I can go back and re-enter the previous (good) instruction sets but it will again forget and hallucinate within a couple of hours.
I've never had this issue before.
What the hell is going on?
