By skyforbes I have never used Gemini through the web app, I have always used the AI Studio version. And looking at this sub, I've found that other version doesn't have features that the Studio version has had for a long time, like branching conversations or the option to set safety filters at the level you prefer.
Because of that, I have been wondering, why would someone not use the Studio version? I can understand if people don't know of its existence or don't need the features it provides, but otherwise, why? Is it a UI/UX preference? (I admit the Studio version looks kinda ugly, but I am a GIMP and FreeCAD user, meaning I don't care about ugly UIs as long as the tool is good haha)
