Windows 11 25H2 and .net Framework 3.5 and .net Framework 4.8

I am trying to remove unnecessary components and service from my pc, so that it uses fewer resources.
For development I have installed the dotnet 10 sdk.
Do I need those old components or I could remove them without risk?
