Hello! This is the PRISM Live Studio team.
When logging in to PRISM using a Google account and linking to a YouTube channel, some users may encounter the following problems and the page below is exposed.
Today I am going to give you a guide on this part.
★ Here’s how to fix it:
# Allow firewall or antivirus programs to access the configured network.
If the program is already allowed to access the network, delete it from the list and add it again.
# When using a proxy server
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to see if the proxy server is working.
If you do not want to use a proxy server, follow these steps:
Go to Chrome menu> Settings> Show advanced settings> Change proxy settings…> LAN settings and uncheck ’Use a proxy server for your LAN’.
# Check the firewall settings.
Control Panel> System and Security> Windows Defender Firewall> Allow apps or features through Windows Defender Firewall> Check the private and public options of prismlivestudio> OK
# Check the network connection.
Please check the cable and reboot the network device you are using.
