When I attempted to install Wireshark 2.4.0 on windows 7 x64 Pro, I got the following error:
“Could not locate ‘Api-ms-win-crt-locale-l1–1–0.dll’ is Missing From Your Computer. Please reinstall the program.”
To work around this error, I simply reinstalled Wireshark but previous stable version 2.2.8.
