How many emails can I send per month?
Mystrika does not limit the number of emails you can send from your account on a monthly basis. Mystrika’s plans allow unlimited sending email inboxes and warm-up.
Can I connect unlimited sending accounts for warm up?
Absolutely! You can connect as many email accounts as you require from any provider. We do, however, follow a soft limit model with a sending email address count of 299.
Do I need technical skills to use Mystrika?
Not at all. Mystrika is designed to be user-friendly for marketers, salespeople, and recruiters. Our intuitive interface requires no coding knowledge, and our video guides will help you get set up quickly.
Can I use my existing email templates?
Yes, you can import your existing templates (under Macro). Our spam test will then analyze them for deliverability factors and suggest improvements.
How does the AI personalization work?
Our AI (under A.I. prompt system) analyzes your recipient data (from your CSV) and automatically creates natural-sounding personalized elements based on industry, role, company size, and other factors. You can review and adjust personalization before sending.
Can I use Mystrika for multiple clients or campaigns?
Absolutely. Our Professional and Enterprise plans include multi-user capabilities and campaign segmentation. Agencies can manage multiple client accounts from a single dashboard.
Do you offer white-labeling for agencies?
Yes, our Rampage plan (and Beyond) includes white-labeling options. You can customize the dashboard with your branding and provide client access with your branded experience under your domain name.
What metrics do you track beyond opens and clicks?
Mystrika tracks opportunity value, response rates (with sentiment analysis), follow-up engagement, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline attribution. We focus on outcome metrics that directly impact your business results.
Any additional limit on Mystrika that I should be aware of?
Below are Mystrika wide limit to maintain quality of the warmup pool and system:
Max Emails 100 / email id / day – Scale your Outreach horizontally, use more email ids.
Max Emails IDs on a Single Domain is 10 – Cold Emails should not be sent using more then 5 email ids from a single domain (10 is living on the edge). Just get more domains.
If you hit soft limit of 299 warmup email ids, ask us for raising the limit.
What kind of Email Inboxes and protocol does Mystrika support?
Mystrika is designed to work with IMAP, SMTP and oAuth protocols, that are the universal protocol for Email Server and services worldwide according to RFC standards.
That means Mystrika supports any and all Email Providers that allow IMAP / SMTP / oAuth access to their service and accounts.
Does Mystrika limit the number of emails I can send daily?
Yes we do, we limit daily warmup email setting per email address to 100 emails per day. And daily campaign email per sending email address to 50 emails per day as well.
This has been done after extensive research to ensure, your sending email accounts last much longer and potentially maintain good reputation forever.
How secure is my data with Mystrika?
We take security seriously with SOC 2 compliance, end-to-end encryption, and regular security audits. We never share your data with third parties, and you maintain full ownership of all your contact information and content.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked policy.
